TARCOMBE ROAD ESTATE SEYMOUR
A 44 lot subdivision including upgrade of highly trafficked existing rural road, drainage, power, kerb and channel, road construction and construction of retention basin, pump station, liaison with sewer and water contractor, and coordination with all other subcontractors. Also included the careful protection of two existing AC rising mains, extensive hydrovac work to protect these assets and prevent potential environmental issues.

NORTHLINKS ESTATE – Stages 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11
Northlinks Estate involved the construction of roads and all services required for the completion of the housing estate.
Safeway/Aldi Carpark MOOROOPNA
Engaged by local developer to construct the new Aldi Safeway carpark in Mooroopna – a lot of recycled product when back into project. We also had to project manage around the building contractors and their teams while keeping to strict timelines. We were able to minimise traffic/cartage, reduce waste, the project was completed on time and on budget.
The project was to construct a new road and plot area including a gravel carpark. This was a social sensitive job. Works required to be programed around funerals and visitors. Lots of project management required all the while keeping to time sensitive guidelines.
KIALLA LAKES ESTATE – STAGE 33
Kialla Lakes Estate involved the construction of roads and all services required for the completion of the housing estate.
This project involved the reconstruction and expansion of the carpark for the Shepparton RSL. This project is complex in nature due to the intense foot and vehicular traffic that is generated by the clientele. Safety of the public and our staff is paramount. We met the strict timeline to allow the first stage of the carpark to be open to the public for Anzac Day.
One of our first beautification works. The project was of a large cultural significance as it was on the site of the War Memorial heavily involving community access.
The carpark was constructed off the old Butter Factory site. This is a historical site and therefore a sensitive area. The project was managed around the building contractors and their teams including the building of the Quest Apartments.
An environmentally sensitive site – with environmentally native grasses. We constructed a 1km walking track using crusher dust including pedestrian bridges and garden furniture.
KMART CARPARK SHEPPARTON
This carpark was constructed in a busy period. We were very aware that the Christmas period and rush was going to start. The carpark was constructed in 3 stages so the store could remain open with minimum disruption as possible to staff and customers. The complex nature of the Council Streetscape works upgrading Vaughan Street required liaison with other contractors.
ST GEORGES ROAD STREETSCAPE WORKS
Street beautification works – time sensitive to maintain minimum disruption to school traffic and business owners – required liaison with local business owners.
SHEPPARTON SHOWGROUNDS ARENA UPGRADE
The Shepparton Showgrounds has been upgraded to a grass sand arena which followed a free draining design with lots of under-pitch rock drains. This required us to coordinate heavily with subcontractors allowing us to finish the job on time and on budget. The finish needed to be of a high standard. We used machine control guidance on all equipment to make sure that all levels and materials were on target. Overall a very pleasing end result.
KIALLA GREEN ESTATE – STAGES 401 AND 402
Kialla Green Estate involved the construction of roads and all services required for the completion of the housing estate.
The project was to provide a carpark and gravel walking track to a popular lookout on Mount Major Dookie. The site had challenges at is was quite rocky and a steep grade.
LIFESTYLE VILLAGE – STAGE 8
This project involved the construction of roads and all services required for the completion of the housing estate. This project required the management of a number of sub-contractors and the completion of the project within tight timelines.
WITT STREET & WOOD ROAD ROUNDABOUT, YARRAWONGA
The construction of a new roundabout with traffic islands, footpaths and a hotmix overlay.
