Multistage subdivision including internal earthworks, road and drainage, water, sewer, sewer pump station and rising main, retention basin, stormwater pump station, and intersection upgrade with installation of traffic signals. This project demonstrates that JDC have the skills and capacity to manage a project of a large scale and scope, including outsourcing specialist trades such as sewer and landscaping works.
